2013-06 int. E31 meeting in Wien

    Bin ich zu blöde es zu finden oder gibt es dazu keinen Thread?
    Habe heute mit Jack telefoniert und er sagte mir, daß wer dringend wissen muß, wer kommen wird. Da Wien ja keine Kleinstadt irgendwo im Nirgendwo ist, muß man Hotelkapazitäten wohl sehr frühzeitig reservieren.


    Hier mal per C&P das Programm (1st draft), welches ich von ihm per email erhielt:



    DRAFT RALLY PROGRAM - VIENNA 7-9 JUNE 2013


    Estimated cost 400 EURO incl Hotel and museums - meals and drinks not included.


    Note that hotel rooms are 100 EURO single or double occupancy - breakfast is 15 EURO per person extra.

    Is this confirmed?


    We (Jack) did talk about this during last years board meeting, and I believed that it would be confirmed, and made public after this years board meeting, probably late November.


    I knew this was being planned, but I was not aware the dates were already confirmed.
    And that Wolf is why there is no official thread yet.
    We (The Board) all agreed last year that this was to be the official meeting next year, and Jack is welcome to make a thread on this if he already have the dates and program ready.


    There will be a few Norwegian cars attending, probably most of the same group that was in Sweden this year, and with luck a few more.
    As this is a long drive we will probably extend our stay, perhaps go on a tour, and make a vacation out of it.

    1: We absolutely need an invitation with pictures and more details to get people interested ( think Jack already had some ) but this is important.

    2: It will take some time to get people to sign on ,and I will send out to the Norwegian community.( will need a invitation as decribed )

    3: For the Hotels he need to arrange booking and blocking of a certain amount of rooms until a set date.

    Klar, aber Jack ist ja noch ganz am Anfang ;)
    Ich habe diesen thread nur gestartet, weil Jack mich anrief und mir sagte, daß er schnellstmöglich wissen müsse, wie viele Teilnehmer es wohl werden.
    Ich wollte mich hier eigentlich gar nicht einmischen als einfaches Forums Mitglied und Nicht Österreicher.
    Schließlich sind die Zeiten ja zum Glück vorbei, wo die Deutschen unter Führung eines Österreichers diese schöne Alpenrepublik zu vereinnahmen suchten. :laugh:


    Aber ich bin sicher, daß Jack sich über etwas Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung freuen würde.

    habe einen bekannten der im hilton in wien arbeitet und vielleicht könnte der ja noch ne sonder condition machen ab summe x autos... *denk*


    kannst du ja mal weiterleiten und falls interresse besteht würde ich mal nachfragen....
