Hello Antonin,
It's at this point only a teaser....
The next weeks we are finalising all the details.
But in a short message:
-We will have a weekend meeting on the Spa-circuit, we start with carting, than we meet & greet the BMW-drivers in the evening, we will see how they arrange the pit boxes, on Sunday we will drive ourselves on the circuit, we can sit in the BMW-race cars when they test-drive, we have lunch with the drivers, we will visit the spa-control centre, a.s.o., we will stay at the F1-hotel on the circuit(cost 110 Euro for 2-persons with breakfast).

Voorlopige programma:
Voor de zaterdag:
-aankomst vanaf 12.00 uur omgeving Luik aansluiten gelegenheid voor een lunch ter plekke.
-Vertrek rond 14.00 uur met een leuke rit, evt. een bezienswaardigheid bezoeken, fotoshoot onderweg alles richting Spa.
-Aankomst Spa rond 16.30 uur, karten voor wie wil 2x 10 minuten
-Dan naar het hotel om plm. 17.30 uur
-We slapen op circuit in het F1 hotel.
-We zijn uitgenodigd door BMW Circuitclub met de raceteams de avond door te brengen in het hotel, tevens kunnen we mee op het circuit na het diner.

Zondag:
-De hele dag is voor ons een afgesloten parkeerplaats gereserveerd op Eau Rouge met directe toegang tot het circuit.
-Ze beginnen dan met ons: aanwezig op circuit 8.45 uur.
-van 9.00 tot 9.45 worden we opgehaald met de pace-car en kunnen we 3/4 uur rondjes rijden.
-van 9.45 tot 10.00 uur rijdersbriefing
-10.00 tot 11.00 uur zijn er trainingen, telkens zullen we met enkele race-auto’s op volle snelheid mee kunnen rijden
-We zijn uitgenodigd in het rennerskwartier op Spa om mee te lunchen met een zeer uitgebreide buffet
-De gehele dag mogen we mee in de pace-car en kunnen in de pitboxen om mee te kijken
-Indien mogelijk zullen we het controle-centrum van Spa gaan bekijken.
-einde rond 16.00 uur, vertrek huis.

Kosten:
-Karten: 35 Euro p.p.
-Hotel + ontbijt nacht 2 op 3 november = 110 Euro 2-personen
-Kosten Spa: 50 Euro per auto + 5 Euro p.p.
-Lunch 3 november: 15 Euro p.p.
-Verder komen daar dan nog lunch + diner 2 november bij.

Vorläufiges Programm:
Für dem Samstag:
-Anreise ab 12.00 Uhr umgebung Luik(Liège), dort Gelegenheit für Mittagessen an Ort und Stelle.
-Abfahrt gegen 14.00 Uhr mit einer lustigen Fahrt, ein besuch irgendwo, Foto schießen auf dem Weg nach Spa.
-Ankunft Spa ca. 16.30 Uhr: Kart fahren, Kosten für diejenigen, die wollen, für 2 x 10 Minuten
-Dann zum Hotel, zirka 17:30 Uhr.
-Wir schlafen auf der Rennstrecke ins F1 Hotel.
-Wir wurden von BMW Circuitlub eingeladen mit den Rennteams den Abend im Hotel zu verbringen, wir gehen auch auf an der Rennstrecke nach dem Abendessen.

Am Sonntag:
-Ganzen Tag ist für uns ein Parkplatz mit direktem Zufahrt auf der Rennstrecke auf Eau Rouge reserviert.
-Start ist mit uns: 08:45.
-von 9.00 bis 9.45 Uhr hinter der Safety-Car, wir können so 3/4 Stunden Runden fahren.
-von 09:45 bis 10:00 Fahrerbrefung
-10: 00 bis 11: 00 gibt es Training, jedes Mal konnen wir mit einigen Rennwagen fahren mit voller Geschwindigkeit
-Wir sind eingeladen ins Fahrerlager Spa mit zu Essen(einem sehr umfangreichen Buffet)
-Wir können ganztägig in der Safety-Car mitfahren und können in der Pitts mitkucken.
-Wenn möglich werden wir den Kontrollzentrum Spa besuchen.
-Ende so um 16.00 Uhr, Abfahrt nach Hause.

Kosten:
-Karten: 35 Euro p.p.
-Hotel + Frühstück Nacht 2 am 3. November = 110 Euro für 2 Personen
-Kosten Rennstrecke: 50 Euro pro Auto + 5 Euro p.p.
-Mittagessen 3 November: 15 Euro p.p.
-Selbst zahlen: Mittagessen + Abendessen 2 November.

Preliminary program:
For Saturday:
-arrival from 12.00 hours environment Luik (Liège), opportunity for a lunch on the spot.
-Departure around 2 pm with a fun ride, a visit, photo shoot on the way to Spa.
-Arrival Spa around 16.30 hours, karting for those who want, for 2 x 10 minutes.
-Then to the hotel to appr. 5: 30 pm
-We sleep on circuit in the F1 hotel.
-We have been invited by BMW Circuitclub with the race teams to spend the evening in the hotel, we can also visit the circuit after dinner.

Sunday:
-Whole day is for us an enclosed car park reserved on Eau Rouge with direct access to the circuit.
-Start 8: 45 a.m. on circuit.
-from 9.00 to 9.45 we follow the pace-car and we can do appr.3/4 hours laps.
-from 9: 45 to 10: 00 drivers briefing
-10: 00 to 11: we can drive with some racing cars at full speed on the circuit
-We have been invited in the Paddock at Spa for a very extensive buffet with the drivers
-We can ride all day with the pace-car and look in the pit boxes
-If possible we will visit the control-center of Spa.
-End of the day: around 4 pm, than departure home.

Costs:
-Karting: 35 Euro p.p.
-Hotel + breakfast night 2 on November 3 = 110 Euro 2-persons
-Cost Spa: 50 Euro per car + 5 Euro p.p.
-Lunch 3 november: 15 Euro p.p.
-Not included: lunch + dinner 2 november.

Note: we will have on Sunday the oppertunity to drive (only the E31) for 3/4 hours(not 3 times arround the track), but there will be another moment to in the day...

We booked a Hotel for Friday night @ Liege (Mercure Hotel down town) and booked Spa's Hotel for Saturday night also.
We will catch you at Vervier's Hotel Saturday for Lunch.
We don't know if Fabrice will come or not (you know he is driving Mercedes car now... ) , but the remaining French team we will be there (Marc, Tristan, Cyril, Richard and I).

Question : Do we need helmet to drive on the circuit ?

Great news!
All is going well, we are counting the days.

Fabrice is driving a " ". sorry, I don't repeat the name(it's better to have a star in your windscreen than on your hood).....
Hoping he will have the oppertunity to come anyhow, there a lot of drivers he can sit next when he hasn't a car.

I've ask(but hadn't the time to respons): yes, a helmet must be worn.
