Hi all,
I am trying to replacing my leaking expansion valve and seriously dirty evaporator as well. So far I have not been able to get the parts out and I have been following the "Repair Handbook" to the point and removed all the mentioned bolts, nuts and screws but the tubes and parts are stuck. Both the nut and the associated bolt (red circle) is removed but today I found the the 2 torx screws (yellow circles) also shall be removed. These 2 screws are not mentioned anywhere in the literature.
