Breaking an 850Ci for spares

Has anyone every got anything from this car

Lasted visited this forum on 14/07/08..... one day after posting this thread.

Either....... he has had a terrible accident and is unable to reach a PC, for which I am truely sorry for him.

Or it was a misguided scam.

Something odd though because assuming he has a computer, he would see email notifications of all the replies to the thread HE started. His stats on HIS profile show that after 14/07/08 he hasn't even visited, therefore doesn't even know that there are people who were prepared to buy stuff from him.

I guess it's fair to say this thread is dead, and should be locked

Tony I don't get notification emails anymore since the site changed is that a setting issue

it is a settings issue Lloyd, I think it got covered whilst you were away in the States so you might have missed it.

Click on User CP, and then Edit Options, and change Notification to 'Instant Email Notification' in the Thread section. Then you will get the emails telling you when someones replied etc, just like before.

The guy breaking this car has had a CSi for sale on eBay a while back, silver IIRC.

Lloyd if its not your settings then it could be that your email account is filtering them into "spam" as mine was.

Window seals. Will consider part damaged depending on where they're damaged. Need's not to be damaged where the front and back windows meet!
