We organise this year our 4th International Meeting from Friday 10th - Sunday 12th July.
The meeting will be around the centre of the Netherlands, my birthplace: Apeldoorn.
The program is not finalised yet, but wewant to give you the time to make the reservations for the hotel, because there are only 29 rooms available, when booked, we will bring the late reservations to another hotel(s).
This is a very nice hotel in the centre of the town with very good meals (they where on tv with it) and we have manage to get for the high-season the low(out-of-season) prices.
The prices are:
Hotelroom the 10th and 11th with breakfast and 1 diner: EURO 99,00 pro person all in
or
Hotelroom for 1 (date you can choose) night with breakfast and 1 diner: EURO 69,50 pro person all in(Prices are based on a double-room, single-room 30 Euro pro night extra, diner is 29,50 pro person but already in the price )

The coming month we will tell you the program and the cost of this, but we will try not to make it expensive.
We will go to the Royal Palace and have a fotoshoot there, see some old and new things, hope to see a very large exclusive private owned car collection, driving trough our National Park, a.s.o. and of course have fun with each other and have good drinks and meals.

Cette année nous organisons notre 4eme Meeting Intl du vendredi 10 au dimanche 12 juillet localisé vers le centre des Pays Bas en mon lieu de naissance : Apeldoorn.
Le programme n'est pas encore fixé mais nous souhaitons vous laisser le temps de reserver votre hôtel car il y a seulement 29 chambres de disponible. Ne vous inquiétez pas si l'hôtel est complet nous prendrons soin de vous loger dans un hôtel environnant.
C'est un hôtel de charme situé en centre ville et où la restauration est de bonne qualité. Nous avons négocié des tarifs basse saison en haute saison. 2 nuités (10 et 11 juillet) + dîner par personne : 99euros. Pour 1 nuité + diner : 69.5euros par personne. Ces prix sont pour un couple soit 198euros pour le 1er choix et 139euros pour le 2eme. Il faudra rajouter 30 euros au tarif de 99 euros par exemple pour une personne seule. Le dîner est à 29.5euros mais déjà inclus dans le prix.

Le mois prochain nous vous communiquerons le programme ainsi que les coûts liés à ce programme. Les tarifs seront étudiés afin que votre voyage ne soit pas trop coûteux.
Nous irons au palais royal pour une séance de photos (et oui les Pays Bas sont une royauté pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas!). Visiter d'anciens et récents monuments... Esperons découvrir des collections privées exclusives d'automobiles...traverser en voiture nos park nationaux, et faire bien d'autres choses...mais aussi et surtout passer de bons moments ensembles autour d'un bon repas et de bons vins...français - lol (j'en rajoute un peu...je fais au mieux pour la traduction!)

Je rajouterai égalment pour avoir déjà participé à 2 meetings organisés par Dick que les Français sont très bien accueillis car Dick et sa femme Gerrie ont vraiment le sens de l'accueil et sont emprunts d'une extrême gentillesse.
Sorry Dick i just discovered your post i don't have much time these days so i was unable to translate it but here it comes! I don't know if i could personnally come because i have so much going on in terms of music that it will be difficult for me to plan a trip to your beautiful country. I will be playing for sure on July 13th and 14th and might have rehearsals going on just before...so please don't be mad at me if i can't make it...But we will meet soon in Luxembourg as far as i remember. Could you please send me the link so i can register for the Luxembourg meeting in May.
