or this horror crash
599 GTO Crash with over 180km/h in the city
Christ that was horrific. -
I like the Aussie's (Austi's?) style.

7 hours well spent I'd say. What did you use? You'll have to do a 'How To' for the next one.

Lambo driver loses it at the lights, looks almost like a vehicle 'trick shot'.

So I would be looking at 10mm spacers on the front, and 7mm on the rear to put the inner edges where they should be on the E31.
If your putting spacers on don't forget you'll need longer bolts as well. -
Always like the Cobra, had a look at several at the Duxford meet. I believe it was Mr Shelbys Cobra that was responsible for the introduction of 70mph speed limits on our motorways.

You let him struggle on like that for 4 years......
(I'd never have though of doing that.) -
Long day, stopped to see some family in Essex on the way home so just got in.

Nobody's car appeared to need a diagnostic check so computer stuff stayed in the boot.
This was the first time my DIY rear spoiler had to face real life scrutiny and you were either very kind or polite enough to keep quiet.
Not sure I actually bumped into you (did I?) but I did recognise your spoiler, thought it was great, you certainly wouldn't know it was home made. Parking sensors are also looking good now.
Timm got his laptop plugged into my car, we diagnosed my diagnostic connector needs some diagnosing.
Couple of pics I took:
Rather nice looking set of wheels on this 7 Series
Some awsome machinery at Duxford, walking around under the massive B52 Bomber and SR71 will stick in my mind, along with a Hawker Hurricane doing a victory roll across the airfield.
Was a good day, very glad I went. -
That would be great, thanks. -
Has anyone going got INPA they could bring along, I have an AHK fault light on that I'd like cleared. I have tried installing a couple of versions of it on a couple of laptops (serial ported) but haven't been able to get it to work.

Can't make my mind up about the matt black look, but looks like you have done a fantastic job of putting it on. Is the upper front end section around the grilles all done in one piece?

Sandwich I too will be Billy no mates!
Ditto, although a work colleague might come up in his newly purchased M Sport 3 Series 330d Convertible or Optimus Prime as we call it since he demonstrated the roof mechanism. -
Just seen the first forecast for Sunday.......mostly dry

Wettest drought on record I think
Been wanting to do stuff to the car all month but haven't been able to get near it. Made the the mistake of leaving the car cover off for one week, despite the wind and rain loads of tree buds landed on it and glued themselves on, can't get the bloody residue off.
Determined to go Duxford though whatever the weather. -
2nd part I belive is number 7 in this link. You might want confirm your vehicle selection first.

There will be a lot more background noise under the car, you might not be able to hear the knocking.
-
It might be possible, but I think it would have to be in the section above the FTP lights, the other place is below the number plate but that would be too close to the ground.
-
I tried one of those a few years ago on the back of the E31, it doesn't work, the sensor strip has to be a certain distance away from any metal and the rear of the E31 is one giant metal girder.

I don't mind personalised plates but I don't like 'comedy' plates I think they detract from the car. Mine came with a personalised plate when I bought it, 850 LHO, when people ask me what the LHO stands for I fix them with a mildy wild stare and quietly say 'Lee Harvey Oswald'. Hence my car got the nick name Lee Harvey at work
Saying that, best plate I ever saw was on a motorbike, K1N ECK, I'd have that on my bike but not the car.
