Got spacers on mine (Eibachs) with no probs at all, 15mm front & 12mm rear with longer bolts, inc locking bolt.
After doing some homework re springs i've come to the conclusion that apart from Alpina & the like, the only aftermarket make that is gonna give a decent drop is H&R.After fitting PIs a couple of years ago they haven't "settled" at all, still the same height, so im going for H&Rs.
Tony, i hope you done your calculations right, "reducing the gap by 7-8mm" which is 14-16 overall, could be damm tight, plus i assume the rears are gonna be incresed the same diameter?. Im sure you've got it sussed, just tell me to cock off if im interfering

Why isn't there a "yawn" icon

Thought i'd pass this on. There's an evil virus called "life is beautiful" which rears its ugly head via email. Apparently if opened everything on your PC is lost plus they will have All your details, passwords etc.
Nothing to do with motors but, as we're all friends on here

In answer to your question Steve, yes i would sell the 8 for a NSX. But like Wayne pointed out it would have to be a late one, and if i was spending around 35k i'd start looking at adding an extra 5 and getting a mint DB7 Vantage. Looks like the weather might be good for Sunday!

There ya go Steve!!...that told you, didnt it! ( )

I will add that i changed the filters on the V12 with replacement K&N filters and im sure it felt a slight bit more responsive, bearing in mind its got a custom stainless exhuast, that may have helped. But then again i could'av been imagining its was, as someone was kind enough to shoot me down when i posted my report

Looks like its a 9 and a maybe then, could av been a 10 and a maybe , oh well, anyone got a camcorder so we can post a video for Steve afterwards ( ).

That was my first thought, but apparently they're one guys collection. Gotta say tho, apart from older stuff like Cobras, 390s etc, its the kind of metal i'd have in my garage .

I just hope the guy that owns these is short, fat, bald...and has a knob the size of a button mushroom!

The sound the Veyron makes.....mmmmm -
Thanks Martin!.
Yes the pics are compressed, from 3888x2592(for quality) to 800x533(to post on this site) so unfortunatly they look far from their best. Im going to experiment with RAW and on the smaller sizes nex time to see how they come out. Im a builder not a photographer so its all a learning curve to me . By the sound of it you should be able to compress your pics.
Hope i've shead some light for you.

I agree with you Bimmerman, your right...JC is a cock and im sure he'd admit that fact himself. What we need to remember he's making a show for TV and his approach has made it a very watchable program. At the time no one knew just how much of a dog the 348 really was and that early DB7 would turn out to be a car to steer clear of. I reckon if you asked people on reflection which turned out the best and worst i dont think the 850CSI would'av faired to bad at all in that company. I would'nt get rid of my 850i for a DB7 of that year let alone a CSI.
A bit quite on here at the mo so i thought i'd give my 2penith worth

Totally agree with the mag HD, great road, so glad i took the car and not the plane up. I drove the Pacifc coast highway last year (hire car) and sure it was a good drive but i reckon Scotland has it beat, especially when the suns out!. Actually i think that Cornwall would match the PCH if the roads ran along the coast in the same way.

I've replaced the glass lenes!.
Quite easy really, you'll need a 115mm angle grinder, a diamond blade, the type for cutting tiles, and some balls to do it!. Once the glass is off you can dismantle the inners, rub down with Scotchbrite and spray with chrome paint. Put back together, take a visit to your local glass merchant and stick on lens housing. I got my glass cut in 4mm bronze. Piece of p!$$
