  • Help Please ....... Low Oil Pressure !!

    Hi all, i wonder if anyone can help ??


    My 840 has suddenly started warning me of low oil pressure, when the oil gets hot.


    It's done 144,000 miles, most of which have been motorway travel, the warning only happens when the engine oil is hot and only when the engine drops to tickover. As soon as i touch the throttle the pressure goes back up.


    It's not burning oil and there is no smoke.


    Could it be a worn oil pump ?? :?:

  • Who's got all the spare parts ??

    Hi everyone,


    I'm new here, love my 840 but finding spares has proven to be difficult.


    Currently i'm looking for both front light clusters (indicator, side light), victims of stones which smash the lenses.


    I have been quoted £ 125 + vat, EACH, for new parts. Which naturally i dont want to pay.


    Anyone help ??
