I have a March 1999 804 Ci. The listed part number for the rear washer reservoir level switch (tank in the boot) is 61.31.8.360.459. RealOEM shows that this part superseded the previous part# 61.31.1.388.548 in March 1996 HOWEVER, the later part has a different electrical connection to the wiring loom in my car.
The correct part for my 1999 car is still the OLD part number: 61.31.1.388.548. Just bought the last OE one in the UK today so if you need one it will be on back order - sorry!
