Setting Height for Auto-Shift Kick-Down Switch

Can anyone please tell me the dimension for the height of the Auto kick-down shift button from the floor? If it is too high, then the accelerator pedal will hit it before you can get full throttle opening. IF it is too low, then you will not be able to kick-down the auto box.
