Store seems nice and the facility looks great, but....
The service people are beligerant and marginally competent.
They could not even reprogram my key and just wanted me to keep wasting my time returning to them for additional "diagnosis fees!"
I will bet they would have eventually repalced my EWS computer in the car becasue they couldnt figure out how to program the new key.
Eventually a porter and I figured it out in about 5 minutes. Explaining the solution to the service manager only got me a beligerant argument.
Unbelievable arrogance -- just a money pit because they think 8 series owners have more money than sense!
I cannot recommend Long Beach BMW for anything.
