wipers still not working

Here is what F1 feeds

Here is the wiper circuit from F1-only 3 relay coils. You could pull them to isolate the wipers from the climate control.

Digging further. F1 powers the Aux water pump and both heater valves directly.

Unplugging the pump would be a good test too. It is a likely culprit.

Be very careful that you don't put pressure on the hoses coming out of the pump. If it is original the fittings are quite fragile due to age.

Aux water pump is just the heater circulation pump. If you don't need the heater you can unplug it.

You probably should do that just to make sure that it is the problem blowing the fuse.

Relatively Easy DIY or about an hour in the shop.
