You have a 97 840?
With the engine warm, open the drivers door all of the way and watch the very end of the door. If it is bouncing up and down you have a vascuum leak.
Check the Oil cap for tightness first if it is shaking. The dipstick must be sealed well also.
There is also the possibility that you did stir up junk in the tank by running low fuel levels but the filters should have caught anythiung but water.
How does it run while driving?
thank´s it runs as usual until it get to the right temp, then it vibrates when i´m standing on the spot, and the more i drive the worst it gets the engine is kind of chocking but temprature stays regular, i at first thought i´m running on half engine, but i got equal smoke coming out of both pipes............

Fuel filters could be it if it picked up stuff from the bottom of the tank. You won't have adequate fuel pressure to run right if they are clogged.
It is a different control loop until it warms up. It doesn't look at the O2 sensors until warm.
It could be many things but the fuel filters are first in line and can cause a lean condition. Probably the cheapest fix too. There is NO fuel pressure monitor in the system.
If it has gone lean then it could start causing internal damage.
