Rear wheel bearings

Hi,
I have a 97 840 which I love . However last mot the tester cautioned there was slight play in the rear wheel bearings. You can hear a slight humming when driving. I am thinking of fitting these parts myself and so was wondering if anyone has done it?, how hard is it and where did you get the parts?
