won't start

guys i need help, i have cutted all the aircon consols wires and made
extensions to be able to place it behind the ashtray leaving a place for
a 7'' touchscreen radio/gps.
the mod took me a whole day sitting in the car with all the lights on, at the
same time i have also changed the auto shifter knob.......
when the wires were disconnected air was automatticaly comming out
with the ignition on, which seemed logic since there was no control to tell
it what to do, a thing i thaught will be solved once everything is wired.
when all seemed well i installed everything back and locked the car, two days later coming to start and it won't, air sitll coming out when the ignition's on, tried jump starting it with two different cars, zip, nada, then have been charging it for the whole night, and guess what, nothing.........

i feel very stupid grounding the car for such a reason, plus i really need it these
days and have only time to take it apart on the weekend...
what could i have been touching that will not let me start?
any help appriciated
