When you login with www.8er.org, all links with www.8er.org/.... works well, but links with www.8er.org/... don't works. In this case, you must looging again.

Maybe it was just one of the caps after all - this is one of the most common reasons for instrument clusters going down the drain.

yes this is exactly the function of the app "IBUSComm.exe".

First you must install Ibus Analyzer and then the IBUSComm.
Then you must configure the ibuscom.ini file with the keystroke from your CarPC Software RoadRunner. This file has all the setup for the messages and commands.

I believe someone has already made an i-bus steering wheel interface for use with car PCs. Earlier MF steering wheels used a more basic resistor network to signal button presses, but newer ones (including the E46 one used by Martin I'm sure) speak i-bus natively so shouldn't be too difficult to hook up.

I'm not too clued up on the car PC community, so if you have a look around there for i-bus interface I'm sure you'll find all the info you need.

Hallo Richard,

ich war auch einige Zeit in Krems. Habe dort an der Donau-Uni meinen MSC gemacht. Wir waren damals im Gästehaus Brandl in Furth. Das Haus ist nicht sehr gross, jedoch die Fam. ist wirklich nett und der Chef kennt doch jeden Heurigen. In Krems waren wir oft in der Piano-Bar, ist echt empfehlenswert.

Es wäre noch gut, wenn wir den Umbau des Klimabedienteils (LED) und der Ausbau der Mittelkonsole für unsere Members filmen könnten. Ich nehme dazu die Kamera mit.......
