The guy even has three B12 5.0s, and three B12 5.7s sitting in his garage. What a lucky man!

i've seen pictures here and there of the cars in his collection...not many of them as a group tho. Very nice!
Tidy collection, bit small maybe but at least its a start of sorts!
You can see his own cars on his own website http://www.alpina-maus.de
The other ones are guests in his storage area, amongst those one each E31 B12 5.0 and E31 B12 5.7
The owner Rainer is a board member of this site (RainerB12) and likely holding the largest Alpina collection outside Buchloe.
If you manage to come to any Alpina or 8-series meeting here (Germany) chances are high to meet Rainer and his wife Diana. In case you happen to join the St. Petersburg/Russia trail in June you will certainly have ample time to talk about any of the cars pictured.
Cheers
Reinhard
What's the deal with the wheels...did one Alpina come with 18" and the other 20", and is the 20" always deeper at the front than the 18"?
All e31 Alpina B12 cars were spec'ed with 18 inch wheels.
Thanks - and is the 20" wheel always deeper dish as in the picture?
