Hello,

I have not driven my 850 in the 2 years and 5 months that I have owned her and the latest delay has been a transmission rebuild from hell. If any of you know where I could source:

I would appreciate it very much. There are a few online places but sooooooo pricey it would scare you into selling the car. Any help would be great!

Why would this part break? Did you throw it down a cliff?
All this does is circulate a few plastic balls in a maze and then there are but a few valves...
Anyway - your best bet is likely the purchase of a 4HP22/24 gearbox taken from either E32 750 or E31 850 M70 and have the valve assy removed from there. Those gearboxes are quite abundant and rather cheap. Likely also available in your neck of the wood.
