X-mas came early this year

  • Due to an historically low dollar exchange rate (lowest since 1983), and a quick search on EBay I have just made a bargain.

Had these parts ordered last week and got them today.
The first step in getting the car back to off the pruduction line shape.

These are the parts I ordered from FC Groton in the USA.

    The list of parts are.

    -Rear subframe bushings 4ea
    -Rear shock absorber bearing/mount
-front anti roll bar link for e36?? why??
    -front anti roll bar link
    -paralell rod for the steering
-rear axle link for e34?? why??
    -front arm with.
    -front arm number 2
    -steering links
    -steering arm

the things I don't understand is the e36 and e34 parts, I may be able to use the e36 anti roll bar link, but I think it might be to short.
The e34 rear axle link is useless... nothing in the e31 rear suspension that looks like that.

Anyway, the parts I know that I can use is less than half price of the Norwegian prices, and that is after shipping and the 25% toll......

    BARGAIN!!!!!

If I misspelled a word it's because I'm Norwegian, so bear with me.

  • Well... I've gone through the parts and something is wrong.

The control arm has standard bushings, and the ones I thought was teh small rear subframe bushings are infact the M5 control arm bushings.
    A, well, have spares...

The 2 large subframe bushings are not for e31 but for e32 and e34, but maybe they fit, but I'm still missing 2 bushings for the subframe.

I also got E36 rear anti roll bar links.... and I don't know why....

And some e34 rear subframe link that does not exist on the e31.

Have sendt them a mail and asked why I got the parts I did.
