My windshield have a lot of small scratches, but i dont want to replace it yet. Anyone that can recomend a way to fix it. I have tried turtle glasspolish but it doesent seem to do anything more than cleaning.

Go to your local window specialist, they can probably polish your wndscreen.
Try http://www.carglass.no/ sure they have a place near you.
At least they can have a look at it and tell you if they can do something about it. -

I have the same problem and would rather not replace the screen, which is still the original one.
You will probably first need to fill any small pits with acrylic resin (aka super-glue, as used by winscreen chip repairers). Often the edge of a razor blade is used to remove any excess of acrylic, once dry.
Then, the link below shows where you can obtain polshing compounds for removing scratches and restoring the finish.
