Part number ?

    Does anyone have the part number for the electric adjustment unit (up/down, fwd/back, tilt) or an exploded diagram of one ?

    Just got my 8 back from full respray and I'm absolutely amazed at the paintjob, the downside is the drivers seat adjuster was in bits, springs/contacts etc all over the place.........driving position now is dreadful till I get a new module or put the old one back together !

    The garage, obviously:banghead:, know nothing about the adjuster being in bits :dontknow:

    I assume you mean part 1 (+ optionally 2 and 3) in following diagram:

    Make sure you get the right switch because there are quite a few versions depending on LHD, RHD, memory, lumbar support,... If unsure, it's best to get the part number from your broken seat switch. That way you will get the same (or an updated but otherwise identical and compatible) switch.
