For those who plans to visit Prague on the way to Vienna:
Please be aware of the fact that Prague is expecting flood. We face the situation of heavy rains in the country for more than week in line. River Vltava is on the maximum and riverbanks are closed. Metro is closed and some tram lines are closed as well. Access to the City center is regulated... At least today (Monday) and tomorrow. Max water is expected today afternoon.
For transit through the Czech Republic, take this situation in count. South part of the country between Prague and Ceske Budejovice is already fighting with floods. So take a drive on the highway D1 direction to Brno instead of normally really beautiful drive through south Bohemia.
This info about Prague applies only for Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday should be back to normal if the water will not rise more.

FLOOD WARNING - RIVER CRUISE CANCELLATIONS

Per latest report from DDSG Cruise Lines - all river cruises are cancelled through THURSDAY - maybe through the weekend.

AUTOBAHN traffic is NOT affected.

We will adjust the RALLY BUS and cruise times accordingly - IF THE FLOOD SUBSIDES BY SATURDAY - those who wish to cruise with me as your guide can take the METRO to/from the river/canal harbor at 1300 and 1430 from the CITY CENTER - the RALLY BUSES will leave the hotel at 0930 ON SATURDAY MORNING.

Updated schedule and routes and contact numbers will be in your RALLY PACKET

The Polish unfortunately dropped off two crew. Do not come Naguszewski Adam and Kwapinski Sebastian.

I'm with my wife, Glowacki and Hauke move to you on Thursday night. On Friday around 12.00 should already be in place.

Heute um 18:00 waren schon über 40 Fahrzeuge auf dem Platz. Wetter war bisher super und Stau kommend auf der B12 haben wir keinen gesehen.
