BMW 8er.org VIENNA RALLY 2013 – REGISTRATION FEE INSTRUCTIONS

R-DAY - 62

The current registration fee is 50 EURO per CAR DRIVER or NON-MEMBER GUEST.

Family members of registered members attend free.

Note that my original intent based on a small projected group of circa 20 cars/30 person was not to charge any fee – however – given that we are now a very large group of circa 80+ cars/ 120+ persons confirmed - the fee is required to cover our administration, transportation, clerical, awards, reception and project costs.

No fee – no membership – no sponsorship by a member = NO ADMISSION.

Note that the program includes a LOTTERY for several MEDION NAVI and BMW prizes as well as an AWARDS CEREMONY with TROPHIES on SUNDAY MORNING for the following categories:

• BEST OVERALL CAR
• BEST ORIGINAL CAR
• BEST CUSTOM TUNED CAR
• BEST ALPINA
• HOTTEST WIFE (just kidding )

PLEASE INSURE THAT WE RECEIVE YOUR FEE NOT LATER 30 APRIL!

REGISTRATION FEE QUESTIONS AND EXPLANATIONS

EXPLANATION:
1. Each driver of each car pays 50 EURO
2. Each non-family member - who is a guest of a registered driver, but is not an 8er.org member - must pay 50 EURO to participate (no free rides, hitchhikers, or fans)

Family members of registered members attend free.

EXPLANATION:
1. Spouses, brothers, kids, family and bona-fide lovers posing as spouses - RIDE FREE
2. If my wife leaves my car and rides with you - YOU PAY DOUBLE

1. Non-members are welcome to attend but must register themselves and their 8-series car ownership
2. Non-members are also welcome to apply for 8er.org membership during registration
3. Late registration fee payment or payment in cash during registration is ACCEPTABLE but NOT PREFERRED
4. Delaying payment to the RALLY host until registration - complicates arrangements for administration and transport which will result in unpredictable and higher charges to the RALLY host by third parties - ERGO EACH PERSON IN EACH CAR - THAT PAYS IN CASH DURING REGISTRATION - MUST PAY 50 EURO
5. Registered members and non-members may of course attend without their 8-series cars (we have BMW courtesy cars to pick you up at the airport or train station)
