2007-10-06..07 - NL - Second meeting in the Netherlands

Dear Friends,

We can give you some details now for our meeting on 6 and 7 October.

We will start the meeting at 11.30 hour (so everyone who doesn’t want to book also a hotel for the 5th can come on time to the hotel).

Those who come on the 6th can check-in before 11.30 hour and put there things in the room than, who comes on the 5th, they can sleep longer, but we have planned a little thing for them, (and also those who com early), we arrange a diagnostic check-up from your car on the parking place, so you will not disturb the other guests with you talks about the 8th!

We will going to drive (and we mean it) at the last on 12.00 hours sharp.

You will get underway a lunch parcel, we will do some nice things (something’s must be a surprise), than at evening we will going to eat and play some golf(mini) in the meantime.

Than we go the hotel (12k away) and hopefully we will get some sleep (some will go to the bar).

At morning we will start at 10.00 hours, we will also visit some places (also a surprise), we will have lunch and we will do something together(also a surprise).

The only costs you will make are the little stops for coffee, etc.

The costs for the two day’s are: 65 Euros pro person (40 Euro for children), this is all included(security of the car at night, the costs of places we will go, parking costs, lunches, diner, etc.), except the drinks.

The hotel has made a special arrangement for us: 104 Euro pro double room, all included (parking place, breakfast and taxes).

Onze tweede internationale meeting 6-7 oktobr 2007

Int.Meeting 6-7 oktober 2007:

Op zaterdag 6 oktober beginnen wij om 11.30 uur(voor diegene die het hotel boeken; er kan ingecheckt worden, dus iedereen kan op zijn gemak komen aanrijden).

Voor diegene die op de 5e komen, er kan langer geslapen worden, tevens organiseren wij enkele dingen op de parkeerplaat(als b.v. een complete diagnose), ook voor de vroege leden, dan hebben de andere gasten van het hotel even rust betreffende de gesprekken over de 8.

Om 12.00 uur precies gaan wij rijden!

Onderweg word een lunchpakket uitgereikt, we zullen wat leuk samen gaan doen(verrassing), voor het avondeten gaan we nog gezellig midgetgolf beoefenen(dan kan het eten ondertussen worden voorbereid), na het eten gaan we naar het hotel(12k), slapen of nog wat drinken.

Op 7 oktober gaan we om 10.00 uur rijden, wat leuke dingen doen, gezellig lunchen, nog iets leuks doen(jaja, het blijven verrassingen, we moeten toch iets geheim houden).

De enige kosten zijn de dranken onderweg.
De kosten voor de twee dagen zijn: 65 Euro per persoon(kinderen 40 Euro), alles is inbegrepen(bewaking auto’s nacht 6-7, parkeergeld, wat we voor leuke dingen gaan doen, 2x lunch, 1x diner, enz.), maar dus zonder drinken.

Het hotel heeft ook een speciale prijs gemaakt: 104 Euro per 2-persoonskamer, alles inbegrepen(dus ook ontbijt en belastingen).

Very sorry to hear that Steve, I've enjoy it to meet again.

Too bad Wayne, you will miss our great humor, our beautiful girls, our nice weather, our eccelent food, our..., our..., our.......

But also the best thing that we can offer; our passion for the 8 and all the guy and girls that do also....

Perhaps next time?

Wenn you do everything so it will be: 45,00 Euro(Child: 27,50)

For Sunday 7 October:
Pro Person: 25,00 (Child: 17,50) Euro
+ who likes it: Karting 13,00 Euro pro heat.

Also there is a closingtime(we must reserve all the atractions and don't want to be overbooking): reservation and payment must be on our account on 18 september.

Geweldige dagen, mooi weer, gezellige deelnemers, 23 auto's, etc., top georganiseerd door Mark en Sjors, een zeer geslaagde meeting dus.

Geen punt, ik kan het prima lezen.
Was een internationale meeting, 23 auto's(onze tweede dit jaar).

Wij als club hebben op dit moment 34 auto's ingeschreven van de citca 75 die nog rijden hier.
