I said I would do a quick write up about my new purchase, hopefully it wont bore you and for people as obsessed as me with cleaning their 8 it may even be of help.
So here's the lance, which attaches to a pressure washer.
And the snow foam.
First you need to mix the snowfoam up in the bottle, there are a lot of brands on the market but if you get a ph neutral it shouldn't affect your wax on the car. Add about an inch of neat snow foam with a good squirt of good quality shampoo and then fill the rest of the bottle up with warm water.
You then can start foaming - the lance can be adjusted to change the thickness of the foam, your looking for quite thick foam - just so it can sit on the car for several minutes doing its thing.
Once you've got the balance right your good to go
After 5 minutes you will see its starting to run off the car and taking a lot of the dirt with it. While it was doing its thing I applied a good spray of diluted bilberry juice to the wheels (which I really recommend)
Pressure wash off and the it gives you a good starting point for your normal shampoo
Here's just a few more pics
Shampoo applied
Then dried using a decent waffle weave
