The bootspoiler from the E36 Sedan is the same as the M-spoiler for the E31(you can choose with led lights or without).
There are a lot of them also second hand.
Good luck with finding them...

Dick I bought a E36 one and they look the same but are not the mounting is differant etc. Therefore I have a freshly painted with brake light sitting in storage

I also fitted the e36 example to my green car,no problems;-)

Now that it is removed, my genuine E31 spoiler has the following numbers on it:
E31 2 260 455
2 255 012
51 71-2 260 454

Now, I don't know which number means what, but I'm sure someone out there will.

Due papers of the manufacterer - Zender - you can see that a later E36 spoiler(7/93 -->) won't fit...

ask them to please have a look in their system if they have any Boot Spoilers for the 8's

I have enquired here in the UK and in Europe and it seems they are
"No longer in stock"

I have 6 of the beauties and need 2 spoilers
