Who owns this?

In my eyes obviously not an original Alpina Interior... do you see the additional seam on the side of the seat?
About your question: it seems to be in Russia somewhere, I can see a Volga in the background -
Looks like top workmanship although a bit over the top with the ALPINA striping IMO.
During the int. meeting in Vienna in 2013 I saw a few Russian cars and the redone interiors where indeed top notch. -

I believe that the interior pictured on the blue car (#52) was patterned after Erik's car (since sold), which is #22. #22 was retrimmed by Alpina around 2002-2003 I believe.

#52 Interior pictures. Note that the dash which was originally cream was redone in blue (probably due to reflections of the sun). More information on #52 here: http://www.alpina-archive.com/?p=1570&nmt=B12-5.7-Coupe-052 :

I've got similar plans for number 47/57. I've always admired Erik's old car and have been in contact with Alpina to discuss my options. My car is Avus blue and a cream/champagne leather interior would have been my preferred choice had I ordered the car new.
-
How much will the new interior cost?
what colour is the interior in number 47?Zitat von Baggio850;123770I've got similar plans for number 47/57. would guess north of €18.000 depending on what exactly needs to be done. Once had an offer for seats and side parts only ending up with €13.000
-
I believe that Number 22's interior was approximately €13,000 from Alpina.
Dave, Number 47 has a black leather interior. The current interior is actually in great condition but if the budget allows I would consider sending the car to Alpina to have the interior redone to my own specification.

Terje (huldra66) spoke to the new owner of #22 when it changed ownership in April 2012 and was quoted "more than 14k EUR" (original invoice in hand). The conversion was done in 2003. It is safe to assume that today´s charges will easily exceed those of more than a decade ago.
Cheers

I have had a quote from a company in Livingstone Scotland,TRANSCAL
Starting price is £1,200 +.
They have done a 8 before and I think it's a good job.
You have no options, you have to use Alpina.

ReinhardThanks Reinhard, I spoke to Erik and he advised me about the figure of €13k. I believe he had additional work done, that my car may not require, but agreed that the cost will have increased in the past decade.

That's very interesting as Transcal are based near me. From the picture you have posted their work seems very good, the stitching and fit seems factory quality unlike a lot of retrims I have seen. If you are coming to Scotland to have your car done let me know.

Wow! I wonder if the new owner will keep it blue or go back to the original color :).
It is staying Alpina Blue. From what it looked like, the entire car was taken apart when it was changed from Silver to Alpina Blue, so keeping it Alpina Blue made sense. All the graphics are now gone, and it has beautiful deep Alpina Blue paint. As you can see, it was taken down to metal and totally resprayed. The bare body was in excellent condition, and everything gone over. After multiple layers of primer and block sanding, 5 coats of Alpina Blue were applied, then 5 layers of clear. Here are some pictures:
Rear view. All the stuff in the trunk will be addressed in the future.
Other side.
Here is a reflection in the rear fender while going through the final polishing.
Here is a picture of Pat's Fiat - it is a reflection in the rear fender.
