    :shock::shock: Gear Shifting "Auto" What methods do 8ers use with the Adaptive Sport and Manual settings.
    How often do you swap between the 3 settings :-

    When im at some traffic lights in the wrong lane and need to get away as fast as possible, or when im on a motorway slip road and want to get away as quick as possible.


    i also just do it for the hell of it :evil:


    it spends most of the time in normal when just normal driving as it has enough power and pull without sport of manual etc


    i only use manual for a bit of a rag around town not for fast driving as i find sport mode much faster really.


    when driving around town apaptive sport holds it in gear for longer than it needs to, to be honest.
