Can you tell me what your experience is with the ESS kit - were the results worth it? Was it easy to fit?

Well if you call a constant 28-30 mpg/0 to 100 mph in less than 12 secs/& 0 to 60 mph in 5.3 secs immpresive then I'd say it was worthwhile;-)

The kit was fitted proffesionaly & Yes they did bitch about it, so I guess it was a bit fiddly

Thanks guys, it cost a little time but it is comming my way now.

The photo's are better than the real I think, you can't see the little details but I'm working on it.

There will be a kit available, all is into the computer and I think that my tunerguy will have it ready next week.

He is waiting at the last photo's and we must go to the testbank again, because I would like to know what the BHp is now.

Sorry that I didn't let you see some updates(I tought I did):

It's not ready yet, much little estetic things to do.

I've driven it now for a few hundred k's and I find that the 3.95S is to short, it's nervious, quick at the start, very quick I must say, under the 5 seconds I think, but the car has troubles to get a good grip the first ahlf a second.
(also when I give a little bit gas).

So next week I will put the normal 3.15 diff in to see if this makes it better to handle....

Sorry, something is wrong with the rplies I get, don't know why, so it's alrady being posted to you.

As of the costs, that depends what you see as costs in this project.

It should be so 4000 + labour, but when I count it has cost more than 13000 + 300-400 hours(by my tuner, me and personal) and when you must pay that....
But the motor had to be changed, some faults, a.s.o.
I think that if you buy the complete set my tuner will offer and the cost you must made yourselve(without the hours), it should be possible for 6000-7000 euro's.

But you have a complet other driving experience, it's still the 8 but with spirit..

Hi Dick - wicked whine from those superchargers!
I can see me grinning like a demon and flooring the throttle at every opportunity if I had twin superchargers fitted to my car. Fantastic work and I hope to be able to get to NL in October to see it

No, not by us.

On 80k/h 8.0 liter/100k on 160k/h ....36liter/100k.

So I drive only 80k, but very fast to 80k...!
