Hello, does anyone know of decent indy in Herts for my 91 850i? I'm in St Albans. The places I've used have been terrible. One "BMW Specialist" told me that my brakes were "scary" but he thought it was my disks, turned out it was my brake bomb but he had no idea - almost killed me. I do a lot of work myself (badly normally) but I need the lower oil pan gasket changing urgently and I haven't got the time or the facilities to do work under the car (my wife will get emotional if i make a mess of the drive 
). Any help appreciated. Nick

There's a very good one in your area, but will need to look up the details. He used to work on my car when it belonged to the previous owner. In fact, I had him change the lower sump gasket on my car (as part of buying the car), so he knows how to do that for sure.
