In the light of what is happening at Toyota, I'm sat here wondering when BMW are going to recall all remaining e31 for essential work to suspect parts and potential failures of the accellerator system
And whilst they're at it they sort out the suspension, steering, AC system, all known electrical gremlins, seat wear and woolly brakes

This surely will cost toyota millions? nevermind an impact on future sales due to diminished image?!

It will cost them billions, literally. I used to work for Toyota in the US, they are a great company and I really feel for them.
It could happen to any company but when your brand is based on quality and safety it's going to hurt
