Please note that I have been working on this VIENNA TOUR since our MUNICH TOUR in 2010 and will do my best to make it enjoyable and rewarding for you...
Please note also, that I now have enough confidence in the size of the group and projected attendees - that I can sign a contract with the hotel on 1 OCT for 30+ rooms, plus allowing for late confirmations as needed.
In a few weeks - I will post a more detailed itinerary and route map - at check-in in the hotel each car will get a TOUR FOLDER as well - including a map, addresses, contact numbers and communications procedures, plus a list of expected expenses.
It will be pay as you go - estimating circa 400 EURO including hotel and museums - not including meals, drinks, sundries or go-go girls.
The rooms are all double-bed, two-story suites for the price of a single room - the road access is easy - with the spacious outdoor parking and security we need.
You will make your own reservation direct with the hotel using the group name and date whenever you feel comfortable doing so - but please no later than 90 days prior (7 MARCH 2013).

No - I have no plans to consider other hotels - downtown Vienna Hotels like the Hilton, Marriott and Sacher - would be a disaster to access and park 30-40 cars plus double or triple the cost - no real option.
Given the tricky logistics and restrictions on convoying and parking in the VIE METROPOL I have scratched SATURDAY lunch on the KOPA KAGRANA riverside and it now seems likely that we will add an OLD WEST MESQUITE CAMPFIRE HOG BARBECUE at my KINGSTON RANCH with wine and beer for circa 30 Euro per person - it is a beautiful drive through the Wienerwald in the mountains.
